Dr. Jay is originally from Ohio. He moved down to Georgia after completing his undergraduate degree at Michigan State University and receiving his Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Dr. Jay then attended Life University where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic.
His passion for chiropractic started at a young age but developed after
having a snowboarding accident in high school and receiving care from his chiropractic mentor in Ohio. He got to experience the power of chiropractic and the approach to holistic care first hand, which only drove his passion more.
Dr. Jay, being a former athlete, specializes in sports chiropractic and is certified in Active Release Technique (ART). This is a unique therapy that targets soft tissue problems and not only can be used on athletes but for the everyday patient. He is also certified in the Webster Technique, which is a specific analysis, for pregnant women, that focuses on correcting subluxations in the sacrum and SI joints and decreasing uterine tension
with ligament work.
When Dr. Jay is not treating the community you can find him on the golf course, reading books, working out and spending time with his two blue heelers Bourbon and Kaya and his fiancée Dr. Alexa Kubulak.
